Mei Quan Tokyo

Mei Quan Academy of Taiji (pronounced "May Ch-one") teaches Traditional Yang Style Tai Chi (Taijiquan) and Qi Gong. An ancient, time-tested traditional Chinese method of self-development, that combines self-discipline, graceful movement and effortless power. Since being established in London in 1990, over 30 teachers have passed through the distinctive Mei Quan system of Teacher Training and many thousands of students have been taught. Our Tokyo classes have been running since 2013.
