Mei Quan Academy of Tai Chi

In the face of the COVID-19 outbreak, and current government advice, we have temporarily moved all our classes online.

Our programmes include live online beginners classes with our teachers, as well as video, podcasts, and a wealth of other material to facilitate learning Tai Chi and Qigong from home.

We believe that the benefits of practising Tai Chi and Qigong are more important than ever at this time.

Classes will move back to the regular venues as soon as it is possible to do so, we have branches all across London and the UK, so please enrol for a location that will be convenient for you.

Mei Quan Academy of Taiji (pronounced "May Ch-one") teaches Traditional Yang Style Tai Chi (Taijiquan) and Qi Gong. Since being established in London in 1990, over 30 teachers have passed through the distinctive Mei Quan system of Teacher Training and many thousands of students have been taught.
